CTS is a premier, industry leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO), providing Nationally Accredited Qualifications through employee training courses, up-skilling, OH&S accreditations and organisational development programs. Our emphasis is on tailoring unique traineeships for new and existing workers within your company, based on your specific requirements, goals, unit content and standard operating procedures – an extension of your in house training.

Through our preferred partnership with an Australian Apprenticeships Centre (AAC), we access Federal Government funding of $4000 per trainee in order to alleviate all training costs to your business, tailoring specific training courses relevant to the current and future needs of your company.

All training is conducted on-site, by qualified trainers, all with exceptional vocational and on-the-job experience. Therefore you can be assured of receiving premium quality training, all done without negatively impacting upon workplace productivity.

These traineeships are generally completed over 9 to 12 months, with training taking place once a month during business hours for around 1 to 2 hours. There is no after hours or homework required.
